Mammy and Me Pilates
Gentle 30 minutes exercise class with the aim of strengthing the post natal body, the focus of the session is based around core stability using pilates principles. Small equipment is used and some floor work is involved.
Mammy and Me Dance
Gentle cardiovascular group fitness class, the session is planned to last 40 minutes and involves a warm up, main section, resistance and cool down plus stretch. The class is gentle and the overall purpose is to increase cardiovascular fitness slowly to improve your wellbeing. Please check out our timetable for current class times:
